Pastor Anthony C. Allen, Sr.

Hallelujah! Pastor Anthony C. Allen, Sr. is the visionary and shepherd of Salvation Ministry of Jesus Christ Church in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As a preacher, teacher, and overseer, he leads this ministry with honesty, insight, and commitment. The church’s core values are rooted in Ephesians 6:10-11 which encourages believers to draw strength from the Lord and put on His armor to resist the devil’s schemes. Embodying our motto “Salvation Ministry of Jesus Christ Church where your salvation is our priority,” the church remains dedicated to prioritizing the spiritual well-being of all who come through its doors.

At a young age, Pastor Allen accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, firmly believing in the faith surrounding Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. Early on, he received a divine revelation from the Holy Spirit that he was called by God to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all individuals. Answering this call into ministry, Pastor Allen is dedicated to fulfilling God’s plan of salvation for His people.

Pastor Allen, a Baton Rouge native born on March 12th, 1963, grew up in Zion City in North Baton Rouge. He completed his education at Southern University Laboratory School in May of 1982 and later attended New Orleans Theological Baptist Seminary after spending two years at Southern University. Ordained as a minister in February 1988, Pastor Allen is known for delivering powerful messages rooted in the Bible that are simple, clear, accurate, and filled with reverence. His impactful teachings have reached many individuals within the local community by emphasizing the path to living a successful life through Jesus Christ’s teachings.
